This article explains how to enable Access Control admins to receive OTPs.
This article provides the procedure to support enforcing OTP input for Access Control admins.

Notes
- Even if you follow the steps in this article, OTP will not be required at login at this time. However, you will be able to receive OTPs when OTP input becomes mandatory in the future.

Procedure
Select the admin to register OTP

From the Access Control Administration, go to [Users] – [User List].

Click the user you want to configure OTP for to open the details screen.

Click [OTP] – [OTP Type] and then click [Register].

The OTP setup screen will appear. Select the method you want to use for OTP and follow the instructions to register OTP.
- Registering with HENNGE Lock (OTP app)
- Registering with OTP apps other than HENNGE Lock
- Registering OTP via Email
Registering OTP with HENNGE Lock (OTP app)
*Please install HENNGE Lock from your app store in advance.
- On the OTP setup screen, click HENNGE Lock.

A QR code will be displayed. Scan it with the HENNGE Lock app.

If the scan is successful, the following messages will be displayed:
- HENNGE Lock: Registration completed
- Administration: Success. OTP is now enabled.
Registering OTP with apps other than HENNGE Lock
- On the OTP setup screen, click HENNGE Lock.

A QR code will be displayed. Scan it with your OTP app.

After scanning the code, click [For apps other than HENNGE Lock] and enter the OTP displayed in your app.

If the scan is successful, the following message will be displayed in the Administration:
Success. OTP is now enabled.
Registering OTP via Email
- On the OTP setup screen, click Email.

On the email address input screen, enter the email address to receive OTP and click [Confirm].

If registration is successful, the message "Success. OTP is now enabled." will be displayed.
How to verify login with the configured OTP
This procedure describes how to temporarily assign the admin to a different Access Policy Group after configuring OTP, and verify that login with OTP is possible.

Go to [Access Control] – [Access Policy Groups].

Click the copy icon to the right of the Access Policy Group the admin currently belongs to.
*You can check the group the admin belongs to by selecting the target user from [User List] and checking [Access Policy] – [Access Policy Groups]. -
On the "Copy Access Policy Group" screen, change the [Display Name] to any name, set [Skip OTP authentication] to [Always require], and click [Save].

Go to [Users] – [User List].

Click the admin for whom you configured OTP in Select the admin to register OTP.

Check [Access Policy] – [Access Policy Groups].
*Please make a note of the current settings so you can revert them after verification.
Set the value to the policy created in step 3 and click [Save Changes].
*Do not close the browser you are working in. - Open a different browser, such as an incognito window, that does not have cached data, and log in as the admin for whom you configured OTP.
In addition to the usual login method (ID, password, certificate), confirm that OTP input is required and that you can log in to Access Control using OTP.
*If you cannot log in due to an error, please perform step 8 to revert the settings and contact the HENNGE One Support Desk. - In the original browser, repeat steps 4 to 6 to revert to the original Access Policy.
