I want to download archived emails in Email Archive, but there seem to be several download features. I would like to know the differences between each of them.

In Email Archive, there are three ways to download email info:
- Bulk Email Export feature
- Download feature for Archive Search results
- Email Download feature
- Download Headers feature
The descriptions and limitations of each feature are as follows.
Bulk Email Export feature
- Function: Obtain emails for a specified period and email address.
- Download target: Email body
- File type: eml (zip)
- Limitations
- Up to 100,000 emails per month (100,000 emails per job)
- Unlike the Email Download feature, files are automatically unzipped, but it takes time before the download becomes available.
Email Download feature (Archive Search results)
- Function: Obtain emails from Archive Search results by page.
- Download target: Email body
- File type: eml (zip)
- Limitations
- You can download up to 200 emails at a time.
*There is no limit to the number of times you can use this feature. - Emails that have passed the real-time period are frozen and need to be unfrozen in advance.
*Unfreezing may take several hours.
- You can download up to 200 emails at a time.
Download Headers feature (Archive Search results)
- Function: Obtain a list of header info from Archive Search results
- Download target: Datetime, Subject, From, To, Cc, Attachment presence, Envelope From, Envelope To, Data size
- File type: csv
- Limitations
- You can download up to 500,000 records at a time.
*There is no limit to the number of times you can use this feature. - Since only header info is included, you need to use another download feature to view the body.
