I want to send training emails to users using the targeted attack email training service.
How can I exclude training emails from Cloud Protection's URL scan?
Answer
Cloud Protection may open (scan) URL links in emails to check their safety.
Due to this behavior, the URL links in training emails may be unintentionally considered as clicked.
You can avoid URL scanning by registering the sender domain of the training emails as a "trusted sender" in the Cloud Protection policy settings.
