Removal of Edit Restrictions for Unused Created Courses
Previously, even if a created course was not yet used in e-Learning, there were restrictions on which items could be edited.
With this update, if a course has been created but has never been used, all settings can now be freely edited and modified.
User Portal (e-Learning Course Screen) Display Improvements
Previously, the e-Learning list screen displayed the "Passing Score," but now "Your Score" (the score obtained by the user) is shown.
Additionally, for both "In progress" and "Done" e-Learning courses, the order is now sorted so that those closest to today's date (the viewing date) appear at the top.
Increase in Maximum Number of Tags
The maximum number of tags that can be registered or assigned has been increased as follows.
- Maximum number of tags that can be created per tenant: 100 → 200
- Maximum number of tags that can be assigned to each item: 10 → 20
(Target: Users / Trainings / Training emails / Courses / e-Learning)
Improved Visibility of Action Menu Buttons on Detail Screens
Previously, menus such as Archive and Delete were accessed from the ellipsis (...) button at the top right of each item's detail screen. The design has been updated to improve the visibility of these buttons.
Change to Default Group Address Settings in User Synchronization
Previously, the default setting for user synchronization included groups as synchronization targets. However, since group addresses are rarely used as training targets, the specification has been changed so that they are now "excluded" by default.
This change applies to customers who newly configure integration settings from now on.
(Settings for environments that have already been configured will not be changed automatically.)
