I sent a verification code from the Secure Download/Secure Transfer email to download files, but I have not received the email with the verification code attached.
Please tell me how to resolve this.

Please check the following:
- Please check if the notification email containing the verification code has been sorted into your spam or junk mail folder.
- Please confirm that you have clicked the [Send Verification Code] button from the download link.
When you click the button, you will be redirected from the verification code sending page to the Enter Verification Code page.
* If the button is not displayed, please update your browser to the latest version. - Depending on the user's environment when requesting the verification code, the request may not be completed successfully, or you may not be able to receive the email sent from HENNGE.
Please try changing your network or wait for a while before trying again.
If the issue persists after performing the above steps and you need to confirm whether the verification code request was completed successfully (i.e., whether HENNGE has sent the verification code), please have your admin contact HENNGE One Technical Support.
