I am using Email DLP.
I would like to know what information is displayed when checking emails that are pending review or awaiting approval.
Answer
The following items can be viewed on the Email DLP user screen.
* Depending on the email, some items may not be displayed if they have no value.
- Rule Group Name: Displays the name of the Email DLP rule group that was applied.
- Rule Name: Displays the name of the Email DLP rule that was applied.
- Suspension Time: Displays the date and time when the email was suspended by Email DLP.
- Recipients: The actual recipient email addresses to which the email will be sent.
* May differ from the To, CC, and Bcc addresses in the email header. - From: Displays the sender (Header From).
- External Domains (yellow frame): Displayed when sending to domains not registered with HENNGE.
Click [Review External Recipients] to view details. - To: Displays the recipients set in the To field.
- Cc: Displays the recipients set in the CC field.
- Bcc: Displays the recipients set in the Bcc field.
* Recipients determined to be internal domains will not be displayed.
Internal domains inserted by the Email DLP feature will be displayed. - Size: Displays the message size.
- Attachment: Displays the attachment name.
Click [Show All] to display a list of attachments. - Plain Text / HTML Body: Allows you to switch the display format of the message.
