Description
This article explains the Single Sign-On settings feature added to General Settings for customers using Email Archive Modern. This feature allows you to register up to two IdPs (Google or Microsoft tenants that can access Email Archive Modern).

- The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of July 2026 and is subject to change without notice.
- To add or delete an IdP, you need View / Edit permissions for General Settings under User Settings – User Permissions.
- Users of the IdP to be added must be registered in advance as users of Email Archive Modern via User Settings. For details, please refer to the following Help Center article.
[Email Archive Modern] Create User - You can add an IdP even if it does not have any archived emails.
Procedure
How to Add SSO

Click Add SSO under General Settings – Single Sign-On, then select the IdP (Google or Microsoft) you want to add.
- When the Google or Microsoft login screen appears, log in with the user registered in step 1.

The new IdP will be added to the Single Sign-On screen. From now on, users under the added IdP will be able to log in to Email Archive Modern.
How to Delete SSO

Click Delete for the target IdP, and enter "delete" on the Do you want to delete this IdP? screen.
- Click Delete to complete the deletion. After this, users under the deleted IdP will no longer be able to log in to Email Archive Modern.
