[Email Archive Modern] How to Check Operation Logs

Overview

This article explains how administrators who manage Email Archive can confirm and download operation logs from the Administration.

Procedure

1. From the left menu of the Email Archive Administration, go to Operation Log.

2. Click the item you want to confirm to display its details.

   

3. To download logs, click Download Logs from the summary screen.

4. After specifying the period and clicking Prepare File, click Download to download the logs.
