Question
When attempting to log in to the Email DLP Administration, a "403 Forbidden" message is displayed and login is not possible.
Answer
Please check whether the account you are trying to log in with has admin privileges.
If admin privileges are assigned, after logging in to the Email DLP user console, you can access the Administration by selecting [Username] – [Open Admin Dashboard] at the top right of the screen.
