You can check and update the information registered with HENNGE using the form below.
HENNGE One Contact Change Request Form
You can request the following via this form:
- Add or delete contacts
* In a single request, you can add (up to 2 people) and delete (up to 2 people) contacts.
If you wish to add or delete more than 3 people, please submit multiple requests. - Update the following information for already registered contacts: [Contact name (registered name) / Email address / Phone number / Address]
- Check your registration number
- Check the list of registered contacts
* Please submit a request if you are unsure who is currently registered as a contact.
* You can check your registration number and current contacts from the Customer Portal.

- This request form is for end users only.
For changes to distributor contacts, please click here. - The information you provide via this request form, including personal information, will be used for notifications and for changing, adding, or deleting HENNGE One contacts.
- Administrators set for each HENNGE One service will not be changed.
Please update administrators from each service's admin console. - It may take approximately 5 business days to process your request.
Please note that the end and beginning of the month are especially busy, so processing may take longer than usual.
