The number of HENNGE One license is based on the following consideration:
■Number of licenses to be connected to HENNGE One
For example, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace/Other SaaS licenses
■Number of tenants to be connected to HENNGE One
For example, Microsoft 365 /Google Workspace /Other SaaS tenants
【How to decide the number of HENNGE One license】
・HENNGE One requires the same number of accounts (licenses) as Google Workspace/Microsoft365/other SaaS services that can be linked to HENNGE One, e.g., Number of HENNGE One license = Number of Google Workspace license
Example 1:
If you are subscribed to Google Workspace with 500 ID and using HENNGE One
→Please make a contract with 500 ID for HENNGE One as well.
Example2:
If you are subscribed to Google Workspace with 500 ID and Salesforce with 600 ID, and you are using HENNGE One for both
→Please sign up for HENNGE One with 600 ID
✳︎ Please match the number of subscriptions to the service with the highest number of users with the services you plan to link.
【How to decide the number of tenants】
・HENNGE One requires a 1:1 contract with the tenant for Google Workspace/Microsoft365/other services.
Please note that we cannot offer one HENNGE One contract for multiple tenants of the same service, such as two Google Workspace tenants and two Microsoft 365 tenants.
However, if multiple service tenants exist independently, such as linking one Google Workspace tenant and one other service, you can use one HENNGE One contract.
Example 1:
If you are using two Microsoft 365 tenants and wish to use HENNGE One for both
→HENNGE One requires two contracts.
Example2:
If you have two Google Workspace tenants and wish to combine them into one HENNGE One
→We cannot make a contract because of Google Workspace : HENNGE One = 2 : 1
✳︎ In this case, HENNGE One requires two contracts.
Example 3:
If you have a contract for one Microsoft365 tenant and one Salesforce tenant and wish to use both in one HENNGE One
→We can make a contract because Microsoft365 : Salesforce : HENNGE One = 1 : 1 : 1
