When accessing the Email DLP user screen (temporary hold/approval email confirmation screen), a 401 Unauthorized error is displayed, and the email cannot be confirmed.
Please tell me how to resolve this.

Follow the steps below in order and check if the issue is resolved.
1. In the Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace admin console, confirm that a valid license is granted to the target user.
※ An email address with a usable license is required.
2. Clear the cache of your browser.

3. Refer to the following steps to recreate the Email DLP account.
Please note that performing this operation will reset all history information in the user console for the target user.
- Access [Tenant Settings] - [Users] from the Email DLP management screen and delete the target user.
