Procedure

Username + Password + HENNGE Lock

  1. Access the User Portal. Enter your Username and Password on the Login screen, then log in.

  2. The browser will display [Approve login on your device].

  3. A HENNGE Lock push notification will be sent to the Device (iOS/Android) on which HENNGE Lock is configured.

  4. Open HENNGE Lock on your Device. Display the Login confirmation, then tap [Grant Permissions].

  5. The browser screen will switch. The User Portal will be displayed.

Device Certificate + HENNGE Lock

  1. On the [HENNGE authentication screen], click [Log in with Certificate].

  2. A popup will appear for selecting a Device Certificate. Select the appropriate Certificate.
    ※ If multiple Certificates are installed, multiple options will be displayed.
  3. A HENNGE Lock push notification will be sent to the Device (iOS/Android) on which HENNGE Lock is configured.

  4. Open HENNGE Lock on your Device. Display the Login confirmation, then tap [Grant Permissions].

  5. The browser screen will switch. The User Portal will be displayed.

Emergency OTP

  1. Access the User Portal. Enter your Username and Password on the Login screen, then log in.

  2. The browser will display [Approve login on your device]. Click Enter OTP (6-digit number).

  3. On the OTP entry screen, enter your emergency OTP. Click Login.
