How to Contact the Support Desk
- Inquiries to the Support Desk are limited to those who can access the HENNGE One Administration (HENNGE One administrators, i.e., HENNGE One operators).
End users should contact their company’s administrator. - Please prepare the following information:
- Contracted Company Name
- Contracted Domain
- Registration Number (Format: 2 letters + 4 digits or 2 letters + 6 digits, e.g., JS0000 or JP000000)

The "Registration Number" listed in the email is provided only to customers (authorized users) who have started operating HENNGE One.
The registration number is written in the format of 2 letters + 4 digits or 2 letters + 6 digits (e.g., JS0000 or JP000000).
By providing this number, we can prevent impersonation by third parties and support you more securely.
