Check the search log


This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Email Archive.


This explains how users in the HENNGE Email Archive management screen can check when and under what conditions emails were archived.


1. The content of this article is based on product specifications as of March 2021 and may be subject to change without notice.

2. HENNGE Email Archive administrator privileges are required for actual screen verification and configuration changes.

3. Refer to the login information sent during introduction for the URL and login information of the HENNGE Email Archive management screen.

4. Users viewing logs must have Domain Admin or Domain Viewer permissions in the access policy.

Detailed Explanation / Procedure

Archive search log confirmation is performed on the left menu of the HENNGE Email Archive management screen under [Archive Search Log].

The search log allows viewing the following history along with the information of date, user, and source IP address:

・Details of the archive search

・Emails viewed

・Downloaded search criteria/emails

・Emails forwarded to which forwarding address

Logs can also be downloaded in TSV format.

Items output when downloading operation log/archive search log



1. Specify [Search Period] and [Username], then select [Search].


2. Search results will be displayed. In the example below, [Search Period] is specified.


3. Optionally, select any history to view details.

In the example below, the history of admin searching for archived emails from February 1, 2021, to March 5, 2021, is displayed.
