It explains how to check senders who have been restricted by Email DLP and the procedure to remove the restriction.
* "Restricted Senders" refers to:
Email DLP provides two types of sending restrictions—"Rate Limiting" and "Blacklist"—to ensure stable service.
Users who are subject to these restrictions are defined as "Restricted Senders."

Procedure
- In the Email DLP Administration, go to [Tenant Settings] – [Restricted Senders].
- The email addresses displayed are currently subject to sending restrictions.
To remove the restriction for a specific email address, click the [×] button to the right of the target email address. - Review the details and click [Remove Restriction].
After confirming that the issue will not recur, remove the restriction by clicking the "×" button at the far right of the list.
If you are unable to remove the restriction, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support.

Email Address
Email addresses that are subject to sending restrictions due to violating the blacklist criteria.
Reason
2.1. A high volume of bounced emails were detected from this sender over a short period of time.
A large number of bounced emails were detected in a short period.
(Corresponds to "2. Blacklist 2.1" in About Sending Restrictions in Email DLP.)
→ Can be removed by the admin.
* The restriction can only be removed once per sender address within a 24-hour period.
2.2. A persistently high volume of bounced emails have been detected from this sender.
A large number of bounced emails were continuously detected.

→ Can be removed by the admin.
* The restriction can only be removed once per sender address within a 24-hour period.
2.3. Our system detected an unusual rate of unsolicited emails from this sender.
Suspiciously high volumes of emails were detected.
If the same restriction was applied before December 3, 2020, this reason will also be displayed.

2.4. Action has repeatedly been taken against this sender for sending unsolicited emails, but the issue was not solved.
Multiple instances of high volumes of bounced emails were detected from the same sender within a certain period.

Effect on email
"Bounced" only. The sender must resend any emails that were sent while the blacklist restriction was in effect.
Start / End
Displays the date and time when the blacklist restriction was applied.
If the restriction is set to be automatically removed, the end date and time will also be displayed.
If the restriction was applied before December 3, 2020, "Unknown" will be displayed.
