Please be informed that we have confirmed that HENNGE Device Certificates can be loaded in Firefox by the following way.
By enabling a new parameter for certificate storage, which has been added in Firefox version 75 and later, Firefox can load HENNGE Device Certificates.
For instructions on how to enable this feature in Firefox, please refer to the following steps.
Steps:
1. Type "about:config" in a Firefox address bar.
2. Click on "Accept the Risk and Continue" on the warning page (*1).
3. Enter "security.osclientcerts.autoload" in a search bar and change the setting from [False] to [True].
4. Restart Firefox.
5. Go to a HENNGE login screen and log in using your HENNGE Device Certificate.
(*1) This warning message is commonly displayed when changing internal Firefox settings.
*This behavior that Firefox can load HENNGE Device Certificates by changing the Firefox setting described above, is confirmed on both Windows and Mac devices.
*Depending on Firefox future updates, it may become possible to load HENNGE Device Certificates without changing the above parameter.
