Policy Settings (OneDrive)

This article is intended for administrators who perform the initial setup and operational management of HENNGE Cloud Protection.

Purpose

This article explains the settings within the [OneDrive] tab that can be configured in HENNGE Cloud Protection policies.

Notes

1. The content of this article is based on product specifications as of January 2024 and may be subject to change without notice.

2. HENNGE Cloud Protection administrator privileges are required for actual screen verification and configuration changes.

3. Policies can only be specified at the tenant level.

Detailed Explanation / Procedure 

This section explains the values that can be set in the [OneDrive] tab in the HENNGE Cloud Protection management screen.

General

Item Name Description
Real-time Scan

Set whether to use real-time scanning of OneDrive items within the organization.

Isolation

You can select the period until isolated items are automatically deleted.
The following periods are available:

・1 month
・3 months
・6 months
・1 year

Malware Scan

Item Name Description
Scan Files

Set the types of files to be scanned.
The available values are as follows:

・All
・Specified items only
・All except excluded items

If [Specified items only] is selected, some files are pre-specified in [Target Files], but you can also specify any file.

Scan Archive (Compressed) Files

Set whether to scan compressed files.
Compressed files within folders can only detect executable files such as exe, and office files like [ .doc ] or password-protected compressed files are not detected.

Evaluation in Sandbox

Send suspicious files to WithSecure's Security Cloud, analyze the file's behavior, and determine whether the file is safe or harmful.

Unauthorized File Types

Displays the types of unauthorized files.

The file types to be targeted are set in the policy item [General] − [Threat Control] − [Malware Scan] tab.

Processing

Specify the action to be taken if malware is detected.
The available actions are as follows:

・Isolation
・Delete the item
