[Access Control] Searching for Users

Target

• Admins using Access Control

Purpose

• This article explains the procedure for searching users in the Access Control Administration.

Procedure

1. In the Access Control Administration, go to the left menu and select [Users] – [User List].

   

2. You can enter a string in the search box or use the [Filters] button on the right to search by user attributes.
   For details, please refer to the table below.
   * You can also search using only the attributes below without entering a search strin

   

   Search Item	Options	Explanation
   Policy Name	–	Search by the Access Policy Groups information set for each account * Select Access Policy Groups from the dropdown menu
   Connected Service	–	Search by the connected service information allowed for each account
   Status	Search by user account status
   	Enabled	User can log in to Access Control
   	Disabled	User cannot log in to Access Control
   	Locked out	User is locked out after multiple incorrect password attempts
   Has Ever Logged In	Search by whether the user has ever logged in to Access Control
   	Exists	Users who have logged in to Access Control
   	Doesn't Exist	Users who have never logged in to Access Control
   Last Login	–	Search for users who last logged in to Access Control within a specified period
   Role	Search by user account role
   	Admin	Users with the Admin Role (permission to access Access Control Administration)
   	User	General users without the Admin Role
   Admin Role	All	Search for all users with admin privileges
   	Global Admin	Search for users with Global Admin privileges
   	Read Only Admin	Search for users with Read Only Admin privileges
   	Device Certificate Admin	Search for users with Device Certificate Admin privileges
   	Secure Browser Admin	Search for users with Secure Browser Admin privileges
   	Device Certificate and Secure Browser Admin	Search for users with both Device Certificate Admin and Secure Browser Admin privileges
   Password Last Changed	–	Search for users whose password was changed within a specified period
   OTP (One-Time Password)	Search by the destination for OTP verification
   	Not configured	Users who have not set up OTP
   	Email	Users who verify OTP via email
   	HENNGE Lock	Users who verify OTP or receive push notifications via the HENNGE Lock app
   	Smartphone	Users who verify OTP using apps other than HENNGE Lock
   	Unknown	Users who may have set up OTP by methods other than the User Portal menu * For example, if the OTP shared key was changed in the old Administration
   Password Synced	Search by password synchronization status with Active Directory
   	Synced	Users whose password is synced from Active Directory
   	Not synced	Users whose password is not synced from Active Directory
   Self Password Reset Method	Search by the configuration status of the email address for self password reset
   	Set	Users who have set an email address for self password reset
   	Not configured	Users who have not set an email address for self password reset
   Dry run and synchronization	Search by the groupware with which the user is synchronized
   	Any	Users synchronized with Microsoft or Google
   	Microsoft synchronization	Users synchronized with Microsoft
   	Google provisioning	Users synchronized with Google
   Valid Login ID	Search by whether the user's login ID includes an authentication domain
   	All	All users
   	Exists	Users whose login ID domain is an authentication domain
   	Doesn't Exist	Users whose login ID domain is not an authentication domain
   Google provisioning * For customers integrated with Google Workspace	Search for users targeted for provisioning
   	Include	Users provisioned with Google Workspace
   	Exclude	Users not provisioned with Google Workspace

3.  After entering your criteria, click [Search].

   

4. The search results will be displayed.
   In this example, user accounts with the attribute value "test" are shown in the user list.
