[Access Control] Creating/Editing Custom User Attributes

Target Audience

• Administrators responsible for the initial setup and operational management of Access Control

Purpose

• Create Custom User Attributes in the Access Control administration console.

2. Global administrator privileges for Access Control are required to verify actual screens and change settings.

Procedure

1. Access the [Users] - [Custom User Attributes] from the left menu of the Access Control administration console.

2. Click [+ Add Attribute] at the top right of the screen or select one of the existing custom user attributes.

3. Enter the "ID" and "Display Name," then click the button at the bottom right.

Once created, the ID cannot be changed. If created incorrectly, delete it and create it again.

Setting Values for Created Custom User Attributes

The method for setting values for created custom user attributes is as follows.

When Synchronizing Users from Active Directory to Access Control

If synchronizing users from Active Directory to Access Control, you need to use HENNGE Directory Sync Tool version 2.0.8 or later.

If using a version earlier than HENNGE Directory Sync Tool 2.0.8, please contact support.
