Some emails are not being processed by the expected filters. Are there any possible causes for this?

Please check which filters processed the target sent email from the Email DLP history.

Sent emails are checked in order of filter priority (from lowest to highest number) to see if the sender, recipient, and rule all match. Processing is performed as soon as a match is found.
If a filter rule with a higher priority (lower number) matches before the expected filter rule, the sent email will be processed by that filter rule.
Please try changing the priority, or use Test Mode.
If the reason for not matching is unclear, please obtain the source of the relevant sent email and send it to HENNGE One Technical Support.
