[Email Archive Classic] Using Archive Search Permissions

In the Archiving service, it is possible to create users who can only search emails exchanged by specific senders/recipients.

By using these search-restricted users, the following actions are possible:

• Create permissions for a group manager to search only the emails sent and received by group members
• Set restrictions to search only the emails of target users during audit responses (*)

(*) In audit responses, it is sometimes necessary to print out the emails of the relevant users for investigation, but this can make the investigation cumbersome and require strict document management.
By creating search-restricted users, the work can be completed only on the Archive screen, allowing for more efficient audit responses.
