When I logged in from the Access Control Login URL (https://ap.ssso.hdems.com), I was redirected to a screen for changing my password or one-time password, and did not proceed to the Google Workspace screen.
Is any configuration required?

No configuration is required. This can be resolved by logging in from the Google Workspace URL.
The login URL in your question redirects to the Access Control portal screen.
The destination after logging in to Access Control varies depending on the URL you first access.
If you want to display the Google Workspace screen, you need to access option 2 and then log in to Access Control.

The Access Control user settings screen will be displayed. - Access from the Google Workspace company login page or the Gmail login page
After logging in with Access Control, the Google Workspace screen will be displayed.
When accessing Google Workspace after integration with Access Control, you will first be redirected to the Access Control login screen.
After entering your ID and password on the Access Control screen, the Google Workspace screen will be displayed.
