Check Sent and Received Files (Modern) – HENNGE One Help Center

Target Audience

This document explains how users utilizing Secure Transfer can check the history of files sent and received.

Prior login to Secure Transfer is required by referring to the following article.
[Secure Transfer] Login Procedure

Access [Transfer List] from the left menu of the Secure Transfer user screen.
Select the file you want to check.
You can narrow down the target using [Filter].
※ If you have administrator privileges, you can also narrow down users from [Transfer Creator].
※ [HENNGE Secure Download (HSD)] allows you to check the history of files sent from Email DLP to Secure Download.
※ The number of transfer history display items can be selected from 25, 50, or 100.
When you select the target file transfer, details will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

The items displayed on the File Transfer List screen are as follows.

[Secure Transfer] Procedure to Change Send/Receive URL Settings of "File Transfer"

Name	Description	Description
Transfer Type	Type of file transfer [Send/Receive/HSD]
Filename	Uploaded file name	Parts that cannot be displayed are omitted.
Creator	Creator of the file transfer	Displayed when the admin filters by user.
Size	Total size of files uploaded in the file transfer
Status	State of the file transfer [Active/Deleted/Archived]	Status is displayed based on [File Storage] - [File Transfer Valid Period]. For details, please refer to the article below. [Secure Transfer] Tenant Settings Change
Created	Date and time when the file transfer was first created
Download Count	Number of times the file has been downloaded	Each time a file is downloaded once, it is counted.
