Users using HENNGE Secure Transfer
Purpose
This explains how users using HENNGE Secure Transfer can check the history of files they have sent and received.

Steps
1. Click [Transfer List] in the left menu of the HENNGE Secure Transfer user interface.
2. From [FILTER], select the relevant [Transfer Type] and click [Apply].
If you have administrator privileges, you can also filter users from [Transfer Creator].
* [HENNGE Secure Download (HSD)] allows you to check the file transfer history via HENNGE Email DLP.
※ You can select to display 25, 50, or 100 items in the file transfer history.
3. Select the relevant file transfer to display its details on the right side of the screen.

Items (File Transfer Details)
The following items are displayed in the file transfer details.

Changing the Send/Receive URL Settings for File Transfers (Modern)

Status | [Active] or [Deleted] |
Type | [Send] / [Receive] / [HSD] |
Created |
The date and time when the file was first uploaded |
Expiration | The expiration date of the download URL |
Creator | The creator of the file transfer |
Files | Details such as status, file format, file size, virus check status, MD5 checksum, etc. |
Links | A list of links ※ When you select each link, detailed information such as URL, creation date, expiration date, security type, and download limit will be displayed as basic information. |
Download Logs | Number of downloads for each file |
History | File name, email address used for authentication, date the file was downloaded, IP address where the download occurred |
