Purpose
- This article explains how to create and edit Secure Download Types in Email DLP.

[Email DLP] How to Log in to the Administration - Items related to Secure Download for Box are only displayed for customers who have subscribed to Secure Download for Box.
Procedure
Create or Edit Secure Download Type Individually

In the Email DLP Administration left menu, go to [Attachment Settings] - [Secure Download Type].
When Creating New

Click [+ Create] at the top right of the screen.

Select the method to create.
When Editing
-
After selecting the tab for the target Secure Download Type, select the gear icon for the Secure Download Type you want to edit.
* The System Default created by default is the Secure Download Type that is automatically used when there is no matching policy.
* System Default cannot be edited or deleted.
Entering Each Item for Secure Download Type
Enter each item and click [Create] or [Apply] at the bottom right.
For details on each setting value, please refer to Items (Secure Download Type).
* If you want the download link created by Secure Download to be displayed in a PDF file or in the email body, you need to configure each setting accordingly.
To customize the text inserted into the email body+
Bulk Create or Edit Secure Download Types
Create import data (configuration data) for Secure Download Types and import it.

Next Steps
Set the created/edited Secure Download Type in the Secure Download Policy.
* If it is already set in the Secure Download Policy, no further action is required.

Items (Secure Download Type)
The items to be configured when creating or editing a Secure Download Type are as follows.

| Name | Enter any name. | * Maximum number of characters: 252 characters. | |
| Link Validity Period | Set the validity period for the file download link. | * Set between 1 and 31 days. | |

Link Sharing
|
Set how to create the file download link. A PDF containing the download link will be attached. ・Email body (top) The download link will be displayed at the top of the email. |
* You can set either or both. | |
| Link Sharing - PDF | PDF Filename | Set the name of the PDF file. | For available characters in the file name, please refer to the following article. Characters Available for PDF and ZIP File Names Issued by Secure Download |
| PDF Languages | Select the language to display in the PDF from the following four languages. [Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese] |
* If you select multiple languages, a separate PDF page will be generated for each language. * You can change the order of the PDF pages by rearranging the languages. |

* The body will be displayed at the top of the email. To customize the body, select [Add Custom Template]. To customize the text inserted into the email body |
