I want to know how an admin can detect and unlock a user when they are locked out upon logging into Access Control.
Answer
The following steps allow a Global Admin to detect and unlock a user's lockout.
※These steps can only be performed by a "Global Admin".

Steps for Detecting User Lockout by Global Admin
- From the admin notifications in the Access Control Administration, check if there is a notification for [User locked out].
Clicking [Go to user details] allows you to confirm the relevant user and unlock the lockout.

Steps for Unlocking User Lockout by Global Admin
Follow the steps below to unlock the lockout.
[Steps for Detecting User Lockout by Admin] If you have moved to the user details screen from the notification message, start from step 2 below.
- From the Access Control Administration, access the left menu [User] - [Users] and search for the target user.

Set [Status] to [Enabled] and select [Save Changes].
If the user has forgotten their password, please also perform a password reset and notify them of the new password.
