User information synchronization from Microsoft 365 to Tadrill

Target

• Tadrill Administrators

Purpose

• This document explains how to sync user information and group address information from Microsoft 365 to Tadrill.

Notes

1. The content of this article is based on the product details as of November 2025. It may change without notice due to updates or specification changes.
2. A Microsoft 365 global administrator account is required to perform the procedures in this document.
3. Users, shared mailboxes, and all of the following groups in Microsoft 365 will be synced to Tadrill.
   ※ Users with an email address will be synced.
   • Microsoft 365 Groups
   • Mail-enabled Security Groups
   • Distribution Lists
4. The items to be synced are as follows:
   ・Email address, full name, position, department
5. If you sync with a Microsoft 365 environment where the full name, position, and department are not entered, while these fields are already filled in Tadrill, the fields in Tadrill will be overwritten with blanks.
6. The content of this article is available to customers subscribed to the HENNGE One Pro plan or the standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.

Procedure

1. Click [Integrations] from the menu on the left side of the screen.

   

2. Click [Authorize] for "User Sync with Microsoft Entra ID".

   

3. When the Microsoft 365 login screen appears, enter the information for the Microsoft 365 global administrator account.

4. Click [Accept] on the [Requested Permissions] screen.

5. Confirm that the screen transitions to the [Integrations] page of the Tadrill Administration.

6. Confirm that "Connected" is displayed for "User Sync with Microsoft Entra ID" on the [Integrations] page of the Tadrill Administration.
   ※ It may take some time to reflect.

   

7. Refer to the following procedure for detailed settings of user sync.

8. Click [Users] from the menu on the left side of the screen.

9. Click [Sync] at the top right of the screen.

   

10. Confirm that users have been added.
    ※ The role of users created by sync will be uniformly "User".
    Role changes can be made manually.
