Description
This article is intended for administrators who want to sync user and group information from Google Workspace to Tadrill.
It explains the required configuration procedure for syncing with Tadrill.
Notes
- The content of this article is based on the product specifications as of June 2026 and may be subject to change without notice.
- For the initial sync, you need to complete steps 1 through 10. After the initial sync, please proceed from step 11.
- A Google Workspace super administrator account is required to perform these procedures.

Before performing these procedures, you must enable the directory in Google Workspace.
Enable or disable the Directory (external link) - The following items will be synced:
・Email address, full name, position, and department in Google Workspace
* For Google Groups, only the group name and group email address will be synced. - If last name, first name, position, or department are already entered in Tadrill, and you sync with a Google Workspace environment where these fields are blank, the corresponding fields in Tadrill will be overwritten with blank values.
- The following users, who cannot receive training emails, will not be synced:
- Stopped
- Archived
- No mailbox set
- If you delete the Google Workspace super administrator account used for integration from Google Workspace, syncing may not work properly.
If you need to change the Google Workspace super administrator account, please also notify HENNGE One Technical Support. - The features described in this article are available to customers with a HENNGE One Pro plan or a standalone HENNGE Tadrill plan.
Procedure
Pre-configuration
- Access the Google Admin console (external link) for Google Workspace.
- From the menu, click Security > Access and data control > API controls.
- Under Domain-wide delegation, click Manage domain-wide delegation.
- In the API clients list, click Add new.

On the Add a new client ID screen, enter the following values:
Client ID116560379853451319121OAuth scopes (comma-separated)
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.group.readonly, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user.readonly - Confirm that the information for the added API client is displayed on the screen.

In the Tadrill Administration left menu, click Integrations.
How to log in to the Tadrill Administration -
Click Continue for Sync users with Google Workspace.

Enter the email address of the Google Workspace super administrator and click Create.

On the Integrations page, confirm that Connected is displayed.
* Be sure to complete steps 1 through 6 before performing the integration in the Tadrill Administration.
If you proceed without completing up to step 6, you will see an error message as shown below. - Refer to the following procedure for detailed user sync settings.

From the menu on the left side of the screen, go to Users.

Click Sync at the top right of the screen.

Confirm that users have been synced.
* The role for users created by syncing will be set to "User" by default.
You can change the role manually.
