[Tadrill] List of Setup Procedures (Microsoft 365)

Target

• Customers using Microsoft 365 who are starting to use Tadrill

Purpose

• This article explains the setup and usage procedures for customers who are newly implementing Tadrill.

3. Before implementing Tadrill, please check the issues that have been reported in advance and make the necessary preparations.
   Issues Reported for HENNGE One
4. The Tadrill Alert / DMI features are included in the HENNGE One Proplan or the Tadrill Standalone Plan.
   Not available with the HENNGE One Basic plan

Procedure

Preparation

1. Check the Notes for Use
   Please review the notes described in the PDF About Using HENNGE One distributed to you.

2. Check HENNGE One Supported Environment
   Before starting the setup, please check the supported environment for HENNGE One.
   * Please note that due to product specifications, some features may not be available in certain mail applications. Please confirm in advance that your environment meets the product requirements for using Tadrill.

3. Notify Users about Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on) Usage
   *Only for HENNGE One Pro / Tadrill Standalone Plan contracts
   Inform end users that Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on) will be distributed and provide instructions on how to use it.

Environment Setup

1. Tadrill Service Allow Settings
   This procedure allows the connection from Tadrill to Microsoft 365 and enables login.

2. DMI (Direct Message Injection) Settings
   *Only for HENNGE One Pro / Tadrill Standalone Plan contracts
   This feature uses the API to directly create training emails in users' mailboxes.
   * You can also use SMTP delivery instead of the DMI feature.

3. Connection Filter Setup Procedure
   This procedure ensures that emails sent from Tadrill are not marked as spam.

4. Sandbox Bypass Settings
   This procedure ensures that emails sent from Tadrill are not subject to sandbox testing.

5. Content Block Bypass Settings
   This procedure ensures that the opening of Tadrill training emails is counted correctly.

6. Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on) Allow Settings
   *Only for HENNGE One Pro / Tadrill Standalone Plan contracts
   This procedure allows organization-wide access to Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on).

7. Install Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on)
   *Only for HENNGE One Pro / Tadrill Standalone Plan contracts
   This procedure distributes Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on) to Outlook for the entire organization.

8. Create Users
   This procedure registers users in Tadrill either by manual registration or by synchronizing with Microsoft 365.
   * Customers with the HENNGE One Basic plan cannot use the user synchronization feature with Microsoft 365.

Conduct Training

1. Operation Test
   This procedure confirms that training emails are delivered and that training emails can be reported using Tadrill Alert (Report Add-on).

2. Design the First Training
   This procedure considers the content of the first training. It also describes the flow after the first training.

3. Create the First Training Email
   This procedure creates a training email for the first training.

4. Conduct the First Training
   This procedure sends the training email for the first training.

5. Review the First Training
   This procedure reviews the results of the first training.
   * Customers with the HENNGE One Basic plan cannot view the [Summary] screen in [Trainings].
