Support Policy for Device Certificates

I would like to know about the support policy for the Device Certificates import tool.

Please refer to the following policy for the Device Certificates import tool on each OS.

 

[Supported OS policy]

  • Windows: In accordance with the policy of Microsoft, Inc.
  • macOS: The three previous generations, including the latest version, shall be supported.
    (One code name is one generation)
  • iOS: The three previous generations, including the latest version, shall be supported.
    (One major version is one generation)
  • Android: The four previous generations, including the latest version, shall be supported.
    (One code name is one generation)

    *Please refer to the following information regarding the support policy for an old version when a new version is released.
  • Windows: In accordance with the policy of Microsoft, Inc.
  • iOS, macOS, Android: The oldest version of the supported versions will no longer be supported. However, it will be supported for three months from the "Support Start Date" determined by Cybertrust Japan Co., Ltd. for the latest version. 

    *Regarding the "Support Start Date" for each OS version, if you contact HENNGE Customer Success Guide, we can contact Cybertrust Japan Co., Ltd. and liaise with you once we get a response.

    While we confirm this and liaise with you, please wait for OS upgrades to user devices.
