Question
When trying to federate Access Control with Microsoft 365, the target domain is displayed as "Federated (Different IdP)" on the domain management screen.
Is there a solution?
Answer
Domains that are federated with IdP products other than Access Control are displayed as Federated (Different IdP).
Please cancel the federation with the current IdP product, and then perform the federation again from the Access Control management screen.
※ You can change the federation to Access Control using the [Migrate] button, but please note that authentication with the previous IdP product will not be possible immediately after migration.
When migrating, it is recommended to notify in advance or perform the migration during times that do not affect end users.
