When I logged in to the HENNGE One portal, I noticed there is a field called "Administration".
Our company administrator did not create this, and I am not familiar with this field.
What is this?
Also, is it possible to make the following changes?
- Change the icon image
- Move the position of the field
- Delete or hide the field
- Change the field name

The "Administration" field is a link to the Access Control Administration.
This field is only displayed to administrators and is not visible to users.
Additionally, it is not possible to "change the icon image," "delete or hide the field," or "change the field name" as mentioned in your question.
However, you can "move the position of the field" by using the arrow icon at the top right of the screen.
