- About terminology
- SP (Service Provider) refers to the connected service.
- SP Initiated refers to SSO initiated from the SP.
- IdP Initiated refers to SSO initiated from the Access Control user portal.
- If authentication with Access Control is successful but SSO fails, the cause may be on the SP side. Please also check the error logs on the service side.
Troubleshooting
Please try the following troubleshooting and workarounds according to the symptoms.
Unable to verify connection after configuration+
Unable to log in from app or specific browser+
Only specific users cannot use SSO+
Does not redirect to the correct page after authentication+

- Target service name
- Screenshot showing the full URL and error message
- Detailed date and time of occurrence
- Email address of the target user
- Conditions under which the issue occurs (all users/specific users, only on specific devices/browsers, etc.)
- Whether any recent configuration changes have been made
