I want to know how to check whether HENNGE Lock (OTP) is configured for a user in Access Control.
Answer
You can check this from the Access Control Administration.
Click the target user from the User List menu to display the user information.
You can check the status from OTP in the user information.
You can also download the user list as a CSV file by following the steps below, and check the OTP configuration status in the OTP Type field.

・hennge-lock: Configured with the HENNGE Lock app
・smartphone: Configured with an app other than HENNGE Lock
・email: Configured with a specified email address
* The email address will be listed in the OTP Notification Email field in the CSV.
・Blank: OTP not configured
