I want to know how to check whether HENNGE Lock (OTP) is configured for a user in Access Control.
Answer
You can check this from the Access Control Administration. Please follow the instruction below.
Procedure
1. Log in to the Access Control admin portal.
2. Go to [User] > [Users] > [Filters], check 'Admin' under [Role], select 'None' under [OTP], and click 'Search'.
In this step, you can narrow down the user list to show only Admin accounts that have not set up an OTP.
All the users shown on the Users page will be Admin accounts without OTP.
