I am using Email DLP. Is it possible to confirm the delivery logs for sent emails and various Email DLP notification emails?
Answer
For sent emails, you can confirm the delivery status from Email DLP to the destination server by following this article and selecting [Delivery Result] - [View Details].
For various notification emails, unfortunately, it is currently not possible to confirm them on the Email DLP admin console.
If you need to investigate delivery logs, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support with the following information.
- Type of notification email to be confirmed (e.g., recipient encrypted notification, etc.)
- Sent date and time
- Sender address
- Recipient address
- (If known) Message ID of the sent email
Notification emails are delivered with the following details.
Since they may be sorted into the spam folder, please try searching your mailbox.
If you move the email to your inbox and mark it as "Not Spam," most email clients will deliver it correctly from the next time.
- For senders (*1)
- From: noreply@mo.hdems.com
- Subject: Depends on notification settings
- For recipients:
- From: Sender's email address (same as emails with attachments)
- Subject: Depends on notification settings

Additionally, if undelivered emails occur for all users or during the initial setup of automatic encryption, it is possible that the notification settings are the cause.
