Is it possible to check the delivery logs of sent emails and various notification emails sent from Email DLP from the Email DLP Administration?

Sent Emails
For emails sent via Email DLP, you can check the delivery status from Email DLP to the destination server by following the steps below.
*After the email reaches the destination mail server, HENNGE cannot confirm the delivery status beyond that point.

Various Notification Emails
For various notification emails, such as Secure Download authentication codes, you cannot check them from the Email DLP Administration.
If you need to investigate delivery logs, please contact HENNGE One Technical Support with the following information.
- Type of notification email to be checked (e.g., encrypted notification to recipient, etc.)
- Sent Date
- Sender Address
- Recipient Address
- (If known) Message ID of the sent email
In addition, notification emails are delivered with the following details.
Please check your spam folder as they may be sorted there.
If you move the email to your inbox and mark it as "Not Spam," most email clients will deliver it correctly from the next time.

- Subject: Depends on Notification Settings
- For recipients
- From: Sender's email address (same as emails with attachments)

Also, if undelivered emails occur during the initial setup of automatic encryption or for All Users, Notification Settings may be the cause.
