Q.
I would like to reflect each setting of HENNGE Email DLP in a batch. For example, what is the behavior of the import method "overwrite" and "Integrate"?
A.
In "Integrate", if the unique key for each definition is already registered, it cannot be imported.
◯Unique key for each definition
Address Group.... Address Group Name
Rule Group..... Rule Group Name
Filter....... Priority(In addition, the group in use cannot be selected)
Encryption Type......Encryption Type Name
Encryption Policy..... Priority(In addition, the type in use cannot be selected)
If you import with "Overwrite", the information in the configuration file will be updated for each unique key item.
◯Notes
・A unique key that are not originally registered will be newly created, and a unique key that is not listed in the setting file will not be updated.
・Deletion of each setting using the import function is not possible.
・The priority of the filter cannot be changed by using the import function.
◯Concrete Example
・When adding a member to address group A, the address group A should contain "members being registered + additional members".
・When deleting members of address group B, enter "all members not deleted" in address group B.
・To remove attachment encryption from each rule in rule group C, delete only the "encrypt: true" line in rule group C. (Change the rule name if necessary.)
