[Access Control] How to resolve the "Please input individual domains or group email domains." message

Question

Why does the message "Please input individual domains or group email domains." appear when I try to access the Access Control Administration directly?

Answer

To access the Administration, you need to log in with an account that has Tenant role. Please follow the steps below to log in.

1. Enter your [Tenant ID (Primary Domain)] and click [Login].
   * If you do not know your "Tenant ID (Primary Domain)", please refer to the following "How to check your HENNGE One Tenant ID (external link)".
2. The Access Control login screen will be displayed. Please log in with an account that has Administrator privileges.
