Overview
This article explains the procedure for reissuing and migrating Device Certificates when replacing a PC or smartphone device.
If you are renewing due to certificate expiration and the device's Device ID does not change, please use the renewal feature.

The required procedures for administrators and users are as follows.
Tasks for Existing Device Certificates (Admin)
Please perform the "Replace" operation for the Device Certificate.

The old Device Certificate that has been replaced will be automatically revoked after 90 days.
You can also revoke it manually.
* Be sure to revoke the certificate only after the new certificate has been installed.

Issue a new Device Certificate for the new device.

After the administrator issues a new Device Certificate, install the Device Certificate on each device.

Delete the old Device Certificate from the device.

* For iOS devices, due to OS specifications, only one certificate can be installed. Installing a new certificate will overwrite the old certificate.
