What is the HENNGE One Customer Portal?
The HENNGE One Customer Portal is a portal site where you can check your HENNGE One tenant information, login URL, and other information required when starting to use the service.
You can also check your subscription and update your usage domains.
Note: As of January 2026, only the Japanese page is available.
Please use your web browser's translation feature as needed.
Features of Each Page
Home
You can check the basic information of your tenant and HENNGE One announcements.
Clicking the tenant panel will take you to the tenant details page.
Tenant Details
You can view information and make requests from each menu.

Connected Service
You can check the status of each HENNGE One connected service in a summary.
For services you are using, you can go to the details page or the service management page from the summary.
On the details page, you can check the login URL for the service and information required for initial setup. -
Subscription
You can check your current subscription and its history.

Requests
You can check the requests you have submitted via the HENNGE One Customer Portal.

Domains
You can check a summary of domains registered as HENNGE One usage domains.
You can also submit requests to add or delete domains from here. -
Operator
This is a summary of operator information registered to your tenant.
You can also submit requests to change registration information, add operators, or delete operators from here.
Contact
You can check the contact information for various inquiries.
