I cannot log in to Email Archive Modern. Please tell me how to resolve this issue.
Answer
There are several possible causes, so please check if any of the following cases apply to you.
The setup for using Email Archive Modern is not complete
If the setup for using the Modern version is not complete, you will not be able to log in to the Modern version.
If this setup has not been completed, please follow the steps below to complete the setup.

The domain entered at login is incorrect
If you enter a value different from your contracted main domain on the domain entry screen at login, you will not be able to log in.
Please enter the correct main domain for your Email Archive contract.
[Email Archive Modern] How to Log In to the Administration
(For Microsoft 365) Entering the Microsoft 365 UPN as the login email address
The Modern version uses OIDC authentication, and the login account requires the email address of an account belonging to the IdP (Google / Microsoft Tenant).
If you are using a Microsoft Tenant and are using the Microsoft 365 UPN for login, you will not be able to log in.
If this case applies to you, please register and try logging in with the email address instead of the UPN.
If the initial admin is registered with the Microsoft 365 UPN and cannot log in, we will register the initial admin email address, so please contact our support desk.
(For Google Workspace) Trying to log in with an email address from a domain different from the registered domain
If you are using a Google Tenant, the domains that can log in are those registered in Email Archive Modern [General Settings] - [Single Sign-On] - [ID].
(After a successful login by the initial admin, the domain of the initial admin address is set.)
If you want to log in with an account from a different domain, please add the domain in the [Single Sign-On] settings.

※ You can register up to 2 (2 domains).
Access is denied due to IP address restrictions
If you have set up access control by IP address in the Classic version, that setting is automatically applied to the Modern version as well.
If you access from an unregistered IP address environment that is not allowed, you will not be able to log in to the Modern version. Please log in from a registered IP address environment or have another user who can log in change the access control settings.
