The recommended action is to change the Login ID of the target user to a verified domain in HENNGE One.
By changing the user's domain to a verified domain in HENNGE One, the reliability of the user's identity is enhanced, and you will be able to use advanced integration features (such as SSO) with external services more securely and smoothly in the future.

Expected situation: For example, when a new domain has been acquired, but registration with HENNGE has not yet been completed.
Recommended action: Please refer to the following article and register the domain with HENNGE.

An unverified message is displayed for a domain not managed by your company
If the domain is not managed by your company, there are several possible scenarios.
① Users not intended for use in Access Control are being synchronized from Active Directory
Expected situation: The configuration of the user synchronization tool between Active Directory provided by HENNGE and Access Control does not match your current operation.
Recommended action: Please contact HENNGE One Technical Support and request a configuration change so that users not used in Access Control are not synchronized.

② There are users using Access Control with domains not managed by your company
Expected situation: Access Control is being used with personal email addresses such as @gmail.com.
Recommended action: Issue a HENNGE Custom Domain (myhennge.com domain) and change the email address of the relevant users.
