We would like to distribute Device Certificates using our existing MDM services, rather than installing them via email notifications from the Access Control Administration.
Please provide the procedure and the supported services.

The following describes the services with integration records and the process for distributing via MDM services.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding certificate distribution via MDM services.
For MDM services that do not have a manual, we will provide documentation as much as possible, but we cannot guarantee its provision.

Preparation for Distributing Device Certificates Using MDM Services
Due to specification changes in HENNGE One and each MDM, there may be changes in operation.
Be sure to check the following preparation items.
Preparation on the MDM Service Side
Depending on the MDM service specifications, there are distribution restrictions for iOS and Android.
Please check with each MDM vendor in advance regarding the supported OS and versions.
For HENNGE One supported environments, please refer to HENNGE One Supported Environments.
Preparation on the HENNGE Side
- You must issue Device Certificates in Access Control in advance for the number of devices to be distributed.
[Device Certificate] Issuing Device Certificates - You need to use the bulk download feature for Device Certificates.
By default, the bulk download feature for Device Certificates is OFF in Access Control.
You must agree to the [Terms of Use for the Bulk Download Feature] before applying to use the bulk download feature for Device Certificates.
It takes about 5 business days from the receipt of the application by HENNGE to provide the bulk download feature.
If you wish to use the bulk download feature, please contact HENNGE Support, your implementation support operator, or your sales representative. The operator will send you the application form.

If you cannot agree to all items, this feature cannot be provided.
- A contract is required for the number of Device Certificates to be used for certificate authentication.
- Use of Device Certificates by reverse engineering or duplication is prohibited.
- Distribution of Device Certificates using third-party tools is not supported. Please consider this at your own discretion.
- When distributing Device Certificates using third-party tools, control linked to device-specific information such as MAC address or IMEI will be disabled. Please consider matching with device-specific information using your distribution tool.
- Any issues arising from the distribution or use of certificates obtained using the bulk download feature for Device Certificates are not supported.
- If any use contrary to the above agreed terms is discovered, use of the relevant feature may be suspended without the applicant's consent.
