Preparation
1. Check Microsoft 365 Registered Domains
Verify that the latest domain information registered on the Microsoft 365 side is provided to HENNGE.
In particular, if the domain set as the "default domain" on the Microsoft 365 side is not registered on the HENNGE side, the email archive may not function correctly, and there is a possibility of archive failure.
2. Set Backup Period for Archived Emails
In Email Archive, you can set the period for backing up archived emails.
Refer to the following steps and set the backup years according to your company's security policy.

Connection between Email Archive and Microsoft 365
1. Email Archive Connection Work (Microsoft 365)
Set up to archive emails sent and received from Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online) to Email Archive.
2. Email Archive Operation Test
Send test emails to confirm that Email Archive is functioning properly and that emails are being archived.
